Last Updated: 12th Oct, 2026

1. Acceptance of These Terms

These Website Terms of Use (the “Terms”) govern your access to and use of vuescale.io and any related pages, content, newsletters, and features (collectively, the “Site”), operated by The Inspired Group LLC, a Delaware limited liability company registered to do business in Illinois as a foreign LLC, doing business as VueScale Partners (“VueScale,” “we,” “us,” or “our”).

By accessing or using the Site, you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated by reference. If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the Site.

If you use the Site on behalf of a company or other organization, you represent that you have the authority to accept these Terms on its behalf.

2. Eligibility

The Site is intended for business professionals who are at least 18 years old. By using the Site, you represent that you meet this requirement.

3. Not Advice; No Client Relationship

The Site, including our blog articles, the VueInsights newsletter, frameworks, case descriptions, and other materials (collectively, the “Content”), is provided for general informational purposes only.

Not Advice. The Content does not constitute, and should not be relied upon as, financial, investment, legal, tax, accounting, regulatory, or other professional advice. Nothing on the Site constitutes an offer to sell, or a solicitation of an offer to buy, any security or financial product, or a recommendation to engage in any transaction. VueScale is not a registered investment adviser, broker-dealer, law firm, or accounting firm.

No Client Relationship. Your use of the Site, submission of a contact form, email to us, subscription to our newsletter, or booking or attendance of an introductory call does not create a client, advisory, fiduciary, or other professional relationship between you and VueScale. A client relationship is formed only when you and VueScale sign a written engagement agreement.

No Confidentiality Before Engagement. Please do not send us confidential or proprietary information through the Site or before an engagement agreement or nondisclosure agreement is in place. Information you send before then will not be treated as confidential, except as described in our Privacy Policy.

Do Your Own Diligence. Any decisions you make based on the Content are your sole responsibility. You should consult qualified professionals about your specific circumstances.

Opinions and Forward-Looking Statements. The Content may reflect the opinions of VueScale or its authors at the time of writing, may include forward-looking views, and may become outdated. We are not obligated to update the Content. References to third-party companies, people, or publications do not imply endorsement or affiliation.

4. Intellectual Property

The Site and the Content, including text, graphics, logos, the VueScale and VueInsights names and marks, frameworks, page designs, and the selection and arrangement of the Content, are owned by VueScale or its licensors and are protected by U.S. and international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

Subject to these Terms, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and view the Site and to download or print a reasonable number of pages for your own internal, non-commercial business reference, provided that you keep all copyright and other notices intact. You may share links to our articles and quote brief excerpts with attribution to VueScale and a link to the original source.

Except as stated above, you may not copy, reproduce, republish, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, or commercially exploit any Content without our prior written permission. All rights not expressly granted are reserved.

Third-party names, logos, and trademarks that appear on the Site belong to their respective owners.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Use the Site in any way that violates applicable law or regulation.
  • Submit false, misleading, or impersonating information, including through the contact form or booking page.
  • Send spam, unsolicited promotions, or bulk messages through the Site’s forms or booking tools.
  • Upload or transmit viruses, malware, or other harmful code.
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Site, its servers, or any related systems or accounts, or probe, scan, or test the vulnerability of the Site.
  • Interfere with or disrupt the operation of the Site, including by overloading it.
  • Use any robot, scraper, crawler, or other automated means to access, copy, or collect Content or personal information from the Site, except for standard search engine indexing that complies with our robots.txt file.
  • Use the Content to train, develop, or improve artificial intelligence or machine learning models without our prior written consent.
  • Frame or mirror any part of the Site without our prior written consent.

We may suspend or block access to the Site for anyone who we believe violates these Terms.

6. Your Submissions

When you submit information through the contact form, booking page, newsletter signup, or email, you represent that the information is accurate and that you have the right to provide it. Our use of personal information is described in our Privacy Policy.

If you send us feedback, ideas, or suggestions about the Site or our services, you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free, perpetual, worldwide license to use them without obligation to you.

7. Third-Party Links and Services

The Site contains links to, and uses, third-party websites and services, including LinkedIn, Google Calendar, Google Meet, and articles published by third parties.

We provide these links and services for convenience only. We do not control and are not responsible for third-party content, products, services, or privacy practices, and a link does not imply our endorsement. Your use of third-party websites and services is at your own risk and is governed by their terms and policies.

8. Disclaimers

Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion of certain warranties, so some of the above exclusions may not apply to you.

9. Limitation of Liability

Some jurisdictions do not allow the limitation or exclusion of liability for incidental or consequential damages, so some of the above limitations may not apply to you. This section does not limit liability that cannot be limited under applicable law. This section does not apply to any separate written engagement agreement between you and VueScale, which is governed by its own terms.

10. Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless VueScale and its owners, partners, employees, contractors, and agents from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses, including reasonable attorneys’ fees, arising out of or related to your violation of these Terms or your misuse of the Site.

11. Governing Law and Venue

These Terms, and any dispute between you and The Inspired Group LLC, doing business as VueScale Partners, arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Site, are governed by the laws of the State of Illinois, without regard to its conflict of laws principles.

You agree that any such dispute will be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Cook County, Illinois, and you consent to the personal jurisdiction of those courts.

12. Changes to the Site and These Terms

We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Site at any time without notice. We may also update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will revise the “Last Updated” date above.

Changes take effect when posted, and your continued use of the Site after changes are posted means you accept the revised Terms.

13. General

Entire Agreement. These Terms and our Privacy Policy are the entire agreement between you and VueScale regarding the Site. They do not replace any separate written agreement between you and VueScale.

Severability. If any provision of these Terms is found unenforceable, it will be enforced to the maximum extent permissible, and the remaining provisions will remain in full effect.

No Waiver. Our failure to enforce any provision is not a waiver of our right to enforce it later.

Assignment. You may not assign these Terms without our prior written consent. We may assign these Terms without restriction.

Survival. Sections 3 through 11 and Section 13 survive any termination of your access to the Site.
