1. Who We Are

This Privacy Policy explains how The Inspired Group LLC, a Delaware limited liability company registered to do business in Illinois as a foreign LLC, doing business as VueScale Partners ("VueScale," "we," "us," or "our"), collects, uses, shares, and protects personal information when you visit vuescale.io (the "Site"), contact us, book a call with us, or subscribe to our VueInsights newsletter.

VueScale is a business-to-business fintech advisory firm based in the United States. The Site is intended for business professionals. It is not directed to consumers in their personal capacity, and we do not sell products or take payments through the Site.

If you have questions about this Privacy Policy, contact us at hello@vuescale.co.

2. Information We Collect

2.1 Information You Provide to Us

Contact Form. When you submit our contact form, we collect your name, work email address, company name, and any message you choose to include. The message field is optional. Form submissions are delivered by email to our business mailbox at contact@vuescale.co.

Call Bookings. When you book an introductory call through our Google Calendar appointment scheduling page, we collect the information requested on the booking page, which includes your name, email address, the time slot you select, and any notes you provide. The booking creates a calendar event and a Google Meet video conference link.

Newsletter Signup. When you subscribe to VueInsights, we collect your email address. We send newsletters by email. If we later use an email service provider, it will process your email address on our behalf.

Email and Other Communications. When you email us directly or communicate with us through LinkedIn or other channels, we collect the information you choose to share, such as your name, contact details, job title, company, and the content of your message.

2.2 Information Collected Automatically

When you visit the Site, we and our service providers automatically collect certain information about your device and your use of the Site, including:

  • IP address and approximate location derived from it, such as city, region, or country;
  • Browser type, operating system, device type, and language settings;
  • Pages viewed, links clicked, time spent on pages, referring website, and the date and time of your visit; and
  • Cookie identifiers and similar online identifiers.

We collect this information using cookies, server logs, and similar technologies. See Section 6 (Cookies and Analytics) for more detail.

2.3 Information from Other Sources

We may receive information about you from publicly available sources and professional networks, such as LinkedIn, and from business contacts who refer you to us.

3. How We Use Information

We use personal information to:

  • Respond to your inquiries and communicate with you;
  • Schedule, host, and follow up on introductory calls and meetings;
  • Send the VueInsights newsletter and other updates you have requested;
  • Evaluate and discuss a potential business relationship with you or your organization;
  • Operate, maintain, secure, and improve the Site, including understanding how visitors use it;
  • Detect, prevent, and address spam, fraud, security incidents, and misuse of the Site;
  • Comply with legal obligations and enforce our Terms of Use; and
  • For other purposes we describe to you at the time we collect the information, or with your consent.

We do not use the personal information we collect through the Site to make decisions that produce legal or similarly significant effects about you based solely on automated processing.

4. How We Share Information

We do not sell personal information, and we do not share personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising, and we do not use advertising pixels or remarketing tags on the Site. We share personal information only as follows:

Service Providers. We use third-party vendors that process information on our behalf to operate the Site and our business. These currently include:

  • Hostinger: Website hosting and email infrastructure for vuescale.io;
  • WordPress and Elementor: Website software and the contact form;
  • Google: Google Analytics through Google Site Kit, Google Calendar appointment scheduling, Google Meet, and Google Workspace email for vuescale.co addresses;
  • Yoast SEO: Search engine optimization tooling; and
  • Future Email Service Providers: Any email service provider we may later use to send newsletters, which would process subscriber email addresses on our behalf.

Professional Advisors. We may share information with our lawyers, accountants, and other professional advisors as needed.

Legal and Safety Reasons. We may disclose information if we believe in good faith that disclosure is required by law, subpoena, or other legal process, or is necessary to protect the rights, property, or safety of VueScale, our clients, or others.

Business Transfers. If we are involved in a merger, acquisition, financing, reorganization, or sale of assets, personal information may be transferred as part of that transaction, subject to customary confidentiality protections.

With Your Consent. We may share information for other purposes with your consent or at your direction.

5. LinkedIn and Other Third-Party Services

The Site contains links to our LinkedIn page and to other third-party websites. If you click those links, the third party may collect information about you under its own privacy policy. We are not responsible for the privacy practices of third parties, and we encourage you to review their policies.

6. Cookies and Analytics

We use cookies and similar technologies to operate the Site and to understand how visitors use it. Cookies are small text files placed on your device by a website.

Strictly Necessary Cookies. These support core functions such as security, form submission, and load balancing. The Site cannot function properly without them.

Analytics Cookies. We use Google Analytics, connected through Google Site Kit, to measure traffic and usage patterns. Google Analytics collects information such as pages visited, time on site, device and browser information, and approximate location. You can learn how Google uses this information at https://policies.google.com/technologies/partner-sites and can opt out by installing the Google Analytics Opt-out Browser Add-on at https://tools.google.com/dlpage/gaoptout.

Embedded Content. Pages that link to or embed content from third parties, such as Google Calendar or LinkedIn, may allow those third parties to set their own cookies.

Your Choices. You can manage cookie preferences through the cookie banner on the Site and through your browser settings, which let you block or delete cookies. Blocking some cookies may affect how the Site works.

Do Not Track and Global Privacy Control. Some browsers send "Do Not Track" signals. Because there is no common industry standard for these signals, the Site does not currently respond to them. We honor Global Privacy Control (GPC) signals as a request to opt out of any sale or sharing of personal information, to the extent required by applicable law.

7. Data Retention

We keep personal information only as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes described in this Privacy Policy, unless a longer period is required or permitted by law. Our general retention guidelines are:

  • Contact form submissions and email correspondence: Up to 24 months after our last interaction, or longer if you become a client.
  • Call booking records: Up to 24 months after the scheduled call.
  • Newsletter subscriber data: Until you unsubscribe, plus a limited period afterward to honor your opt-out. We keep your email address on a suppression list so we do not email you again.
  • Analytics data: In accordance with the retention setting in Google Analytics, currently 14 months.
  • Client engagement records: As set out in the applicable engagement agreement and as required by law.

When information is no longer needed, we delete it or de-identify it.

8. Data Security

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards designed to protect personal information, including encrypted (HTTPS) connections to the Site and access controls on our accounts. No method of transmission over the internet or of electronic storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.

9. Your Choices
